Christian Häuselmann is an innovation-driven Swiss economist and serial entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the Cleantech sector, both with start-ups and global organizations. He is founder of INCH GmbH, co-founder of the swisscleantech business association, and co-founder of the Global Cleantech Cluster Association (GCCA), representing 40+ Cleantech clusters from across the world.
In 1996 he won the Vigier young entrepreneur award for his first start-up company BKTech and the development and market introduction of the powerful FLYER electric bike. The FLYER electric bike defined a new vehicle category in Switzerland and Europe.
Christian grew up in Berne/Switzerland, and today lives in San Diego/California. 2002 he traveled to California and experienced first hand the transition of this global player towards a more sustainable economy. This initiated his focus on how to cultivate innovation ecosystems across borders, and how to strengthen regional, sustainable economic development on a global level.
Christian holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Berne. He gained cross sector project experience as a research assistant in the Interdisciplinary Institute for General Ecology/IKAÖ at the University of Berne, focusing on sustainable behavior models, tipping point strategies and mobility research.
Alain is a business developer, entrepreneur and sustainability expert. He assumes various senior advisor roles in the private sector and is active as a business angel.
For almost 30 years, Alain has been implementing solutions focusing on circular economy and decarbonization integrating digitalization solutions. He worked for the private sector within the energy market, chemical-pharmaceutical industry, green building engineering company as well as for NGOs and the public sector.
His career has covered a full gamut of international management roles such as business development at Gaia Group OY and carbon finance for ETHZ spin-off myclimate Foundation. While working for PwC and Marsh & McLennan Alain has conducted due diligences and business analysis for SMEs and multinationals. As an expert for renewable energy and energy market, he managed for engineering company Amstein+Walthert Ltd the Financial Services Section for the Swiss national energy program.
Alain holds a MSc in Environmental Economics and Ecology from the University of Basel and earned a MBA from EAEME at Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Following the studies at the University of St. Gallen/Switzerland focussed on small and mid-sized enterprises, Carl joined Credit Suisse as a Credit Risk Officer as part of the Recovery Team. In 1999 he joined the Group Business Development Team of Swiss Mobiliar. In 2000 he was delegated to join EURAPCO, a joint venture of seven European mutual insurance companies.
With the gained knowhow on international business Carl joined T-LINK in 2004. T-LINK is specialized in Export Packaging, Industrial Freight Forwarding, Expo Logistics and Trade Fair Marketing.
